They were recommended by my parents who had them do their carpets. They were brilliant brought my son’s bedroom carpet back to looking like a new carpet. Let me start by saying that Aquafroce did not just clean my carpets—they practically performed a holy resurrection on them.
I was living in absolute despair with high-traffic stains, mysterious spots, and a general sense of carpet doom. To make matters worse, I actually live outside of their standard service area. When I called, I expected a polite rejection. Instead? They didn’t even blink. They went completely out of their way, drove the extra miles, and showed up precisely on time with the energy and great attitudes BIG Shout Out to Sean and Thomas.

I cannot say enough good things about this carpet cleaning company! When they arrived, my carpets in my holiday let were in a terrible state—stained, and with an awful smell. But by the time the technician finished, they looked brand new! The transformation was unbelievable. Thomas was incredibly knowledgeable—explaining pH levels, prepping the carpet, and really taking care with every step. The result? Absolutely outstanding! So pleased with the results. My neighbour was getting work done and recommended aquaforce and I was able to get some upholstery done the same day while he was in the area. Both times they arrived early, offering help and willing to do an excellent work. Kevin and Tom were very careful and helpful.
The stains were removed one by one and the carpets now look very clean. Also, both are very friendly, respectful and professional. It's a good price for a very good job.
